2008/9 The rates below are to rent the complete villa - not per person.
June 2008 - £700 (or 850€) per week. July and August 2008 - £1000 (or 1250€) per week. September 2008 - £700 (or 850€) per week. October 2008 - £500 (or 650€) per week. November and December 2008 - £300 (or 400€) per week. January and February 2009 - £300 ( or 400€) per week. March 2009 - £350 (or 450 €) per week. April 2009 - £400 (or 500€) per week. May 2009 - £450 (or 550€) per week. June 2009 - £700 (or 850€) per week. July and August 2009 - £1000 (or 1250€) per week.
Payments may be made in £ Sterling or in € Euros - whichever you prefer. Up to date availability of the villa can be found by clicking here. The villa is normally unavailable until 3pm on the day of your arrival as well as after 11am on the day of your departure; this is to allow sufficient time for cleaning and preparation of the villa for new guests. If this causes any major difficulties to you or your party get in touch with us, as alternative arrangements may be possible. During July & August the changeover day is a Saturday. During the rest of the year bookings may start on any day of the week. Long term rental of the villa is welcome. Shorter stays may also be possible. Payment notes: A non refundable deposit of 25% is payable at the time of booking. The balance should be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. If you wish to book the villa we will send you a simple booking form for you to complete. When we receive your completed booking form along with the deposit your reservation will be confirmed. Guests
will be responsible for any breakages or damages caused during their
stay. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. |
