year-round with the average yearly temperature of 16° centigrade.
Shirt sleeves in November and February would not be uncommon.
The Costa Brava was voted the "Best Emerging Golf Destination
Worldwide" by The Association of Golf Tour Operators. The
courses are delightfully lush and green unlike some of the courses
in the more dry and arid landscapes of southern Spain and
Portugal. The leisurely pace of the surprisingly quiet
courses here allow you to take in the exceptional views that are
on offer.
Green fees range
from about £45.00 for 18 holes on weekends in high-season, to under
£20.00 for seniors on weekends in low-season. Full details of
the individual courses are obtainable from the links below.
Metal Spikes are generally not allowed on any of these courses.
It is generally better to alter your golf shoes to soft spikes before
your holiday.
The usual facilities are widely available such as buggy and trolley
hire, club hire, changing rooms, pro shop, practice facilities, snack
bar, restaurant and bar.
